Hey everyone! We are thrilled to introduce our newest girl, Lilly! She is the daughter of our beloved retired girl Poppy and she is already proving to be just as amazing as her momma.
Lilly’s deep rich red color with a little white “star” is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t resist adding her to our program. She is super intelligent and learns new commands quickly, just like her mom. Lilly loves to play outside and tire out Roux, but she is also the best hugger around!
She loves to cuddle up and bury her head in our necks until she falls asleep. We are excited to see her carry on Poppy’s legacy and can’t wait for her future litters. And don’t worry, she won’t hog the bed – just ask Payton, her roomie! Welcome to the family, Lilly!

He competed in a CPE agility trial in June 2017 where the minimum age is 15 months. He was the youngest dog there at 15 months old!! His first 2 runs were perfect scores and first place finishes!! Go Brady!! He now has his Therapy Dog Certification and Canine Good Citizen Certification which he took at 7 months old!! Per his breeder, “Macaroon’s (called Brady) guardian family calls him, “Love on a leash”! Aside from his obviously stunning beauty and perfect conformation, he has such an amazing temperament! He truly adores all adults, kids and canines of all sizes. He LOVES learning and lives to please his people! Now that she is with one of the sweetest Guardian Families, she has blossomed even more! She is ALL heart and sweetness. She still doesn’t know how small she is being confident around everyone – whether they come with 2 feet or 4. Her trainers have been completely impressed with how well she picks up every new thing that I ask her to do. She was the ONE girl we could pick out in her litter because she was the only one with any white spotting on her gorgeous and shiny black coat. Josie Girl, you are so HAPPY!! Seriously, just an absolute delight and joy to be around. She absolutely helps everyone to turn those frowns upside-down!! Now, I know that this picture isn’t showing that tail going a mile a minute, but she manages to be so cuddly sweet and joyful at the same time. Quite frankly, there was zero chance of me not keeping her as a mama for NSL. Conceived during the lunar eclipse, she was special from the very beginning. She has such a great family with kiddos that make sure to take her on the best adventures that Bend and Oregon can offer. Sophie, Sophie, SOPHIE!!! So incredibly thoughtful, sweet and funny!! Born of a line of therapy puppies and doggies, I just knew you were The One when you sat next to me, looked into my eyes and seemed to be asking me what shall we do now as your siblings were running around seeing what kind of trouble they could find under the Christmas Tree. One look into those eyes and we ALL melt!! So much power in one gaze should really be illegal – its a very powerful force!! And Oh, My GOSH! Have you seen that hair?! She’s a Super Model!! Our, Faith, melted our hearts from the moment she was born – last one born, first in our hearts. She is amazingly sweet and brave. She never met a person she didn’t LOVE. She has no problems entering a room and owning it! She is confident, funny, cuddly and a connoisseur of belly rubs! She has turned out to be incredibly intuitive to her family and loved ones when they are in emotional or physical hurt. She knows they need her to feel better and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Her lovely curls are amazingly soft and she has the light and stocky build that we love. We are quite proud of this girl and love that we get to see her often! Faith has passed all of her ALAA Silver and Gold Paw testing and beyond. Faith’s puppies have been an absolute DREAM – so much sweetness and lovely eye contact. LOVE them!! Roux is sweet and upbeat, whether she’s curled up next to you or bounding off on a fun adventure! She loves to hop through snow and high grass. Sometimes we think she’s part rabbit! That coat of her’s feels like air with those big fat curls – truly a heavenly experience to pet this little bundle of love. Even as a puppy, she has the ability to play on her own without getting into trouble. She stops everyone in their tracks when they see her and has brought people to tears when they find out they can’t take her from our NSL Program (Seriously!)! Sweet and Smart is our Fun Finley! He LOVES to play with his girls and trick the kitties into playing with him. He’s smart enough to know that they have a sharp and pointy “end” so he “butts” them with his rear until he gets a reaction so that they will play hide and seek with him around the house. His Guardian Mama ain’t raising no fool dood! Everyone that crosses his path HAS to stop and pet this boy and he soaks in every bit of that loving attention. I did have to warn his wonderful Guardian Family to add time to their daily walks, because I KNEW everyone would stop them to ask them about this amazing boy – my prediction came true, of course! And just look at those eyes – he is listening and understanding – no, really, he is totally understanding what is going on. Venus, we have dreamt about you for a long time, Little Miss!! From the moment she was born, I prayed that she would be as amazing on the inside as that velvety coat was on the outside. My first thought was that I had never truly seen the color Black before, because she puts midnight to shame. She is the darkest most delicious coat EVAH!! And she is a silly little girl, just like her mama! She LOVES belly rubs, being a Tummy Rub Connoisseur as only the best ALD’s are! Such a silky and soft fat curl coat that is our kryptonite – Must Stop and Pet – Cannot Resist! Even though it is hard to capture that twinkle in her eyes in a photograph, she is the most gorgeous black doodle that I have ever seen. She will absolutely be the Goddess of Love!! Silly, fun, ball chasing cuddle bug – PERFECT!!
Mama Venus tragically left us in an accident with a vehicle shortly after going home from having her only litter. The best mom. The best girl. She was one of the special ones – an Epic Girl. We are Blessed for having had the chance to love her and have her love us back. I’m so glad that her puppies are here to carry on her wonderful legacy. Chase that ball and watch over your kiddos, Venus. We will forever miss that happy face and tail. Crossed the Rainbow Bridge 2019.

STELLA!!! Let us count the ways that we LOVE you!! She comes from a long line of Canine Good Citizens and therapy trained dogs. She is going to continue in the same paw prints as her parents and do the same. She is so relaxed and drawn to people of all sizes and ages. She loves to give kisses!! Her coat is so silky! We need to bottle this! Her Guardian Family loved her from the first moment and are amazingly dedicated to her. She has big responsibilities to take care of her kiddos and grown ups. She is quite simply delightful when she comes to visit us here and wicked smart!! The breed is smart and she stands out with her ability to figure out new things. We will try to not hold it against her that she is living in a home full of Oregon State Beaver fans. Her testing has resulted as expected thus far and we shall continue with both the ALAA Gold and Silver Paw level testing and beyond. She has produced some large medium puppies that are up to the challenges of therapy and service training. Fantastic results with them so far! Our little bitty Luna Lovegood. She is so much like the fictional character – sweet, quirky, curious, bright and open to new experiences and people. She is quite the showstopper! Her training has gone amazing and she is frequently spotted at restaurants and cafes in the area! We can always expect some extra phone calls when sweet Sienna has been out and about town! She is quite the lover and always happy to have a playdate with her 1/2 sister Heartley! They are two silly clowns together! Sienna is one of Mama Roux’s wonderful daughters and she is continuing her Mama’s legacy beautifully! Sienna makes us nothing but proud and we love that her Guardian brings her down often for visits from her home up north. Sienna’s puppies have been just the CUTEST and so FUN!! I’m not kidding when I tell you that Sienna actually Hugs and she has somehow passed this on to her puppies – they are the best Huggers as tiny as they are. It will totally melt your heart! Monsita comes to us from Signature Labradoodles and is such a joy to be around. Her quick intelligence, silly and relaxed temperament with stocky shape make her a teddy bear in the making!! Monsita has given us nothing but smiles and pure joy when she is around. She plays every day with her human and dog family in Portland who treat her so wonderfully. They enjoy showing her off with the inevitable stops on their regular outings in Portland. It is such a delight for us when she comes to play with our pack here in Springfield, OR. Dyson is our mascot and inspiration behind NorthStar Labradoodles. Why “Dyson?” Because he always ‘vacuums’ up our kids’ leftover snacks! He checked in for work on day one and we’ve appreciated his help with chores ever since. Dyson is my companion, our son’s sidekick and Roux’s uncle. Wherever we take him, he attracts attention with his McGruff face and calm demeanor. Simply put, Dyson is the reason that we fell in love with Multigeneration Australian Labradoodles and we are Blessed to have him in our lives. These days, he serves at the ever present Uncle Dyson to all of our puppies and is a calming presence and Manny for the pups when they are ready to start playing and socializing. He was a good boy!
